Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and iChatPilot (“iChatPilot”, “we”, “us”), an Israeli business based in Yokneam Illit, Israel. They govern your use of our website (ichatpilot.com), admin panel (admin.ichatpilot.com), chat widget and AI customer-support services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service or clicking to accept, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you act for a business, on behalf of that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

iChatPilot lets a business connect WhatsApp, a website chat widget and email, and have an AI Agent answer its customers from a single inbox, with optional human takeover, appointment scheduling, product search and order tracking. Features vary by plan, and we may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, and the information you give us must be accurate and kept current.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • Business admins decide which team members get access and what role they have, and are responsible for their actions.

3. Plans, trials and payment

The Service is offered under plans with usage limits, such as a number of AI conversations. A trial may be offered, and when it ends, or when a plan limit is reached, some features may be limited until you move to a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on our pricing page or in your order, and may change on reasonable notice for the future. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where applicable. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period, are non-refundable except where law requires or we say otherwise, and you can cancel at the end of the current period.

4. Your content and your customers

  • You own the content you and your customers put into the Service (messages, knowledge-base text, catalogs and settings). You give us a limited license to host, process and transmit it only to provide the Service to you.
  • You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for the lawfulness of your communications. In particular you must have a lawful basis, and any consent the law requires, to contact your customers and to process their information through the Service, give them a privacy notice, and tell them when they are talking to an AI where the law or good practice calls for it.
  • You are the controller of your customers’ personal information, and we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to let others:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you;
  • break the law or the terms of WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI or any other third-party service you connect;
  • send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or infringing content, or use the Service to impersonate others;
  • probe, attack, overload or bypass the security or limits of the Service, or access another business’s data;
  • reverse engineer the Service, resell it without our written consent, or use it to build a competing product;
  • use the Service for emergency, medical, legal or financial decisions that need a qualified human without proper human review.

6. AI output

The AI Agent produces automated replies that can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We apply safeguards, but we do not guarantee that any reply is correct. You are responsible for configuring the AI Agent with accurate information, for reviewing how it performs, and for any commitments, prices, bookings or advice given to your customers through it. Use the handoff and takeover features where a human should step in.

7. Third-party services

The Service works with third parties, such as OpenAI, AssemblyAI, Green API and WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft, SendGrid, Shopify and WooCommerce. Their services are governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, changes or decisions, including a third party suspending or restricting your account or number. In particular, WhatsApp connectivity through unofficial channels may be limited or blocked by WhatsApp or Meta at any time.

8. Our rights

iChatPilot and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, brand and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend it briefly for maintenance, security or reasons beyond our control. Support is provided by email and in the ways described for your plan.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, iChatPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable costs, arising from your content, your communications with your customers, or your breach of these terms or the law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access, with notice where practical, if you breach these terms, put the Service or others at risk, or do not pay. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we will delete or return your content as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you on the website or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept it.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts in Haifa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them or to the Service. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence are not affected.

17. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy and any order or plan terms, are the entire agreement between us on the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale of the business.
